Sex Therapy & CoupLes Counselling Services
Experienced Melbourne sexologist & holistic couples therapist offering trauma-informed, inclusive online sex therapy & couples counselling for individuals & couples seeking support with intimacy, desire, communication & sexual wellbeing.
Holistic Sex Therapy & Sexology
My approach integrates sex therapy, relational counselling & nervous-system informed work to support individuals & couples navigating desire differences, sexual anxiety or aversion, pain, trauma, communication challenges & intimacy concerns.
I draw from talk therapy, somatic & nervous-system informed frameworks, recognising that sexual wellbeing is shaped by biological, psychological & relational processes. Together, we work to build regulation, safety & insight so that intimacy & change feel sustainable rather than overwhelming.
Grounded in evidence-based research in psychology, medicine & human sexuality, I provide trauma-informed, inclusive support that honours the complexity of sexual wellbeing.
I work with people of all ages, abilities & genders — including men, women, trans & non-binary clients — supporting a diverse range of sexual, relational & reproductive experiences.

Holistic Counselling & Mental Health Support
Alongside sex therapy & couples work, I offer holistic counselling support for individuals navigating emotional, relational & life challenges. My approach integrates talk therapy with nervous-system informed & somatic principles, recognising that healing is not only cognitive, but embodied.
Many of the challenges we experience — anxiety, shutdown, conflict, grief or low mood — are shaped by how our nervous system has learned to respond to stress, attachment & safety. Together, we build awareness, regulation & resilience so that change feels steady, grounded & sustainable.
Counselling can support you in clarifying concerns, understanding patterns, developing practical strategies & strengthening self-awareness & emotional resilience.
Whether you are seeking focused sex therapy or broader emotional support, our work together is tailored to your individual needs & lived experience.
This work may support you in navigating experiences such as:
Emotional Regulation & Nervous-System Challenges
• Anxiety (general or sexual)
• Low mood or depression
• Grief & loss
• Burnout, overwhelm or job stress
• Family conflict or relational distress
• Emotional shutdown or difficulty expressing feelings
Gender Identity & Affirming Support

• Navigating transition or gender-affirming pathways
• Coming out or identity integration
• LGBTQIA+ affirming counselling

• Disordered eating patterns or challenges with food & body trust
• Reconnecting with sensuality, pleasure & body confidence

Couples Therapy & Relationship Support
I support couples in strengthening connection, improving communication & navigating conflict with greater clarity & emotional safety. My approach integrates relational therapy with nervous-system informed & attachment-based principles, recognising that many patterns of conflict are rooted in unmet needs, stress responses & difficulties repairing after rupture.
Our work together is structured & practical, while also deeply relational. We focus on building communication skills, strengthening emotional attunement, repairing trust & developing healthier patterns of conflict resolution. I draw from contemporary relationship research & integrative therapeutic models to tailor the process to your unique dynamic, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all framework.
Because intimacy & sexuality are often deeply intertwined with emotional safety, communication & attachment patterns, couples therapy can naturally complement sex therapy when both relational & sexual concerns are present.
Whether you are seeking reconnection (‘Coupling’) or navigating separation (‘Uncoupling’), the process is guided with care, structure & mutual respect.
Depending on the level of distress, couples work may be short-term (6–8 sessions) or longer-term (12–20+ sessions).
Because our relationships are deeply influenced by the connection we have with ourselves, I begin by meeting with each partner individually. This allows me to understand your personal histories, attachment patterns & nervous-system responses so that I can support you both effectively within joint sessions.
Couples therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing:
• Mismatched libido or desire differences
• Emotional or physical intimacy that feels distant or diminished
• A sexless or low-intimacy relationship
• Communication breakdown or difficulty expressing needs
• Frequent or escalating conflict
• Infidelity or betrayal
• Broken trust
• Feeling stuck in repetitive or unhealthy patterns
• Feeling more like housemates than partners
• Navigating major life transitions (parenthood, relocation, illness, career change)
• Differences in values, goals or future direction
• Wanting to say something important but feeling unable to do so
• Navigating a devastating event that has changed your connection
• A persistent sense that something feels “off” but you can’t quite name it
